In-Stock Items:

Did you order the wrong size or are you not fully satisfied with your purchase?

No worries! You can return your item within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: returns are at your own expense.

How to return your item:

Notify us first 
Before returning anything, please send an email to info@inker.be with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Prepare your package
Carefully pack the item(s) – they must be unworn, clean, and free of dirt and/or animal hair. If the items do not meet these conditions, your return will be refused.
 

Make sure to keep your proof of shipment until the return is fully processed.

Refund process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will refund the amount to your credit card.

 

 

Custom-Made Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on custom-made items. These items are created specifically to your specifications and are therefore considered final sale. We encourage you to carefully review all details and measurements before placing an order for a custom-made item.
