In accordance with Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article VI.47 of the same Code for goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications. Therefore, this right does not apply to products supplied by inker that are made to order.

In-Stock Items
Ordered the wrong size or not entirely happy with your purchase? No worries! Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that any returns are at your own expense.

How to Return Your Item
1.    Notify us first
Before returning any item, please email us at info@inker.be with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2.    Prepare your package
Carefully pack the item(s). They must be unworn, clean and free from dirt and/or animal hair. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
3.    Keep your proof of shipment
Always retain your proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.

Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your credit card.

Custom-Made Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items. These items are created specifically to your specifications and are therefore considered final sale. We encourage you to carefully review all details and measurements before placing your order.
